International students are allowed to study part-time courses leading to a qualification at postgraduate level. However, if you enter the UK with a visa for part-time study, you will still need to: 

• pay the full immigration health surcharge for the duration of the visa 
• show the full maintenance requirements as relevant to the student rules

Additional restrictions

• you will not be permitted to work
• you cannot bring your dependants
• you cannot extend your visa
