It can only be used by disabled students with this recommendation outlined in their learning contract. Using this coversheet will make tutors aware that you have a Learning Contract and to mark your assignment accordingly.
You will not be penalised for spelling, punctuation, and grammar unless this is a specific requirement of the assignment.
